Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate execution of arbitrage trades across DeFi protocols, most transactions are final. Fees paid for platform access or bot subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.
Users may cancel their arbitrage bot subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
If a double-charge or a documented technical error occurs during the payment process, users must contact our support team within 48 hours. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, process a refund to the original payment method.
OnePlusTrade does not offer refunds based on the performance of our arbitrage trading bots. Cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile, and historical performance is not indicative of future results.
